Overview:

Polycom relied on a proprietary system for gathering forecast data, but the system was unable to provide what the growing company needed: instantaneous, real-time information that was integrated with various lines of business and the channel. With the help of salesforce.com Professional Services, Polycom deployed Salesforce globally, gaining companywide visibility into forecasting, opportunities, and other critical sales information to improve operational efficiency and cost containment.
