In this document, we will look at some of VoiceXML's capabilities and limitations, as well as details on how VoiceXML and CCXML can be integrated within an application.

Call Control XML (CCXML) is designed to provide telephony call control support for dialog systems, such as VoiceXML It also can be used as a third-party call control manager in any telephony system. The CCXML 1.0 specification defines both a state machine and event handing syntax and a standardized set of call control elements. This download describes the basic fundamental principles of CCXML and provides several concrete examples of how this open standard can be applied to your development projects.Are you currently designing any applications that seek to take advantage of telephony services using CCXML?
