Bright House Networks, a company of more than 5,000 professionals, is a leading provider of entertainment and information services serving over 2.1 million customers. Located in an area of the country where the threat of a hurricane is high, the senior network administrator for Bright House Networks needs to constantly keep up-to-date disaster recovery information on hand in order to quickly recover systems and restore the IT infrastructure. Upon learning about Ecora Enterprise Auditor, the senior network administrator knew that the software would provide an ideal solution for updating disaster recovery documentation on an ongoing basis. For Bright House Networks, Enterprise Auditor enables the scheduled collection of information on thousands of configuration settings for than 100 Windows and UNIX servers running IIS, Exchange, Citrix, SQL, and Oracle.
