Overview:

HP and AppSense jointly tested the AppSense Management Suite on an HP ProLiant DL380 G4 server in HP Labs. An installation guide and summary of the benefits of the AppSense Management Suite are included within this white paper. The intent of this paper is to illustrate the value proposition of an HP solution utilizing the AppSense Management Suite - specifically: workload management, Microsoft Windows user interface lock-down, and Windows application execution security being addressed by the AppSense Management Suite running on HP ProLiant servers. The end results for the customer are higher server capacity and lower administrative management costs.
