Overview:

As a subsidiary of China Mobile, Liaoning Mobile Communication Co. Ltd.'s major operations include mobile communications, transmission and data communications. Liaoning Mobile's entire network system comprises transmitters, GSM, GPRS, IP, IN and synchronised network structures provided by various equipment vendors. With the different OMC (Operations Maintenance Centre) or EMS (Element Management System) systems provided by various manufacturers, Liaoning Mobile's network management personnel were challenged by managing different equipment on disparate platforms. Liaoning Mobile found the ideal solution in HP OpenView Telecommunications Management Information Platform (TeMIP).
