Overview:
Rogers AT&T Wireless is Canada's leading national wireless telecommunications service provider. In 2001 Rogers AT&T Wireless was just completing the build-out of its GPRS/GSM wireless telephony infrastructure, a network that provides not only traditional voice functionality but also offers full Internet access, and recognised the inherent security threats that existed in the system. Before the system went into production, Rogers AT&T Wireless wanted to find out what security threats existed, how they could be corrected and how the system could be kept secure and available. They turned to Secured Services for assistance.
