Overview:

The way voice services are delivered to end users is changing at the same time as fixed line operators are faced with the declining profitability of their cash cow: voice services. Operators are focusing their investment on broadband networks capable of offering services that generate new revenues and differentiate them from their competition (e.g., IPTV, next-generation communication services).
