Overview:

Monash University is Australia's largest university with 40,000 students and 5,000 staff at multiple campuses. The challenge faced by Monash University was to ensure a new SAP R/3 Integrated Administrative System would perform reliably and effectively with only two months available for testing. Monash University has ensured a successful outcome to a major SAP R/3 implementation by using Mercury Interactive's LoadRunner testing tool to stress and load test the servers and network prior to going live. Using LoadRunner, they were able to load 30,000 purchase orders with random amounts, against random accounts/cost centres across various financial periods literally as fast as SAP and the network permitted.
