Overview:
This webcast will describe the process of building an Operational Support System (OSS) for a large telecom company in Europe. The solution was built on Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, the Microsoft .NET Framework and industry-standard XML Web Services. The OSS integrated several services that have been built on different platforms like J2EE, Linux and OpenWave into a modern services-oriented architecture. Using Microsoft Windows platform, it is possible to easily manage numerous provisioning requests as well as extending the platform by adding new services.
