Overview:
This seminar discusses beyond Activity-Based Planning and Budgeting to introduce the concept of Strategic Resource Planning and Budgeting, where costs are classified by what drives them. For each cost driver category, a different budgeting technique is used and the total budget is developed. The linkage to strategic priorities is provided by using Fujitsu Consulting's Enterprise Value Management, which ranks programs and functions along three dimensions: strategic alignment, organizational worth and risk.
