Overview:
PDI wanted an internet-based solution that would enable free flow of information. PDI found that solution when they implemented PeopleSoft 8 HRMS. This pure internet software enables employees across PDI to access HR information through any web browser. It will free information from departmental silos. Make it easier for PDI to share information with clients. And scale to meet the ongoing growth of the company. PDI used a combination of a Ceridian HR system along with Microsoft Access and Excel spreadsheets to manage its workforce. PeopleSoft's centralized reporting features deliver information on personnel changes to the people who need to see it.
