Code signing or sometimes referred to as object signing is the virtual equivalent to shrink-wrapping CD based software for distribution. With GlobalSign Code signing for Adobe AIR, the end user knows the digitally signed software is legitimate, comes from a known software vendor and the code has not been tampered with since being published.
