Overview:
Leading telecommunications firm the Telenor Group sought to develop new applications that give its customers the ability to view real-time information on the presence status and location of remote employees who use cell phones. Telenor used Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 to develop two new solutions that take advantage of existing IT investments, improve communications for employees, and lower operating costs.
