Overview:

CargoWise edi, a leading provider of integrated supply chain logistics management systems for freight forwarding, serves 1,300 customers in 45 countries with a total of 33,000 users. The Australia-based independent software vendor - whose leading product is ediEnterprise - is committed to offering its clients simple, powerful tools that are inexpensive to maintain and easy to use. In 2007, CargoWise started deploying ediEnterprise using the software-plus-service model from Microsoft. As a result, the sales cycle has been cut from up to three years to just a few weeks. The cost of sale, once up to 75 per cent of the revenue, is now less than 20 per cent. Users can access the application either online or using client software running on their computer.
