Overview:
The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for .eu domain name disputes is provided by the Prague-based Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic (the "Czech Arbitration Court"). The Czech Arbitration Court has amended its ADR Supplemental Rules to allow for electronic-only .eu ADR Proceedings, using advanced electronic signatures in accordance with Directive 1999/93 EC. The digital certificates are issued under the Public VeriSign Trust Network Hierarchy, complying with the VeriSign requirements set forth in the European Directive Supplementary Policies and the ADACOM Certification Practice Statement.
