Overview:
One company affected by the increased scrutiny was Tianjin Unicom, a branch of the China Unicom group. The challenge was to gain insight into customer behavior in order to enhance decision making and gain higher ARPU (Average Revenue Per User). Tianjin deployed SAS Customer Retention for Telecommunications, SAS Customer Segmentation for Telecommunications and SAS Cross-Sell and Up-Sell for Telecommunications.
