Overview:
The reference configuration discussed in this paper can be used in mid to large scale enterprise application environments. The HP ProLiant BL460c server provides a modular and scalable solution for enterprise applications. The number of BL460c servers with IBM WebSphere Application Server can be changed depending on requirements. Tuning WebSphere Application Server on Linux operating systems may significantly improve the performance when compared to the default out of the box configuration.
