Overview:
Newcastle International is the principal airport in the North East of England, and is among the largest regional airports in the United Kingdom. The airport required a solution to capture, store and utilise the information generated in an operational and management capacity to support future decision-making. Newcastle International and Waterstons worked together to analyse the data sources available and relate these to the defined KPIs. A secure data warehouse was designed to facilitate reporting and analysis.
