In May of 2007, a global leading manufacturer and marketer of consumer products announced a corporate initiative with a goal of delivering double-digit annual percentage growth in economic profit over the next few years. a global leading manufacturer and marketer of consumer products wanted to support SAP upgrade testing without disrupting existing day-to-day operations support. It replaced manual testing procedures with integrated tool to track scenarios, enable computer-based testing, and automate report generation. As a result staff was able to handle upgrade testing along with day-to-day tasks and binder-based scenario management eliminated.
