Overview:

Bill Steinbach has been an elementary school teacher for 10 years, and he's always chosen HP printers for their reliability. For most of that time he taught in a cash-strapped inner city school that did not supply printers; he bought his own. Today he teaches fourth grade at the Indian Trail Elementary School in Highland Park, III. There's a black-and-white laser printer down the hall shared by five classrooms. There's a single color laser used by the whole building.
