Overview:

Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat (BCEE) wanted to migrate the client part of its main banking application, Siroco, to the .Net environment. This application modernisation was required to face technological constraints. To reach this goal, BCEE entrusted the migration to HP, who used its offshore services in India. Ten months later, the project was a success. Deadlines have been met, and the quality of the code corresponds perfectly to the requirements of BCEE. They migrated the Siroco banking application to the .Net environment and there was uniformity of new extensions that will be made by the bank's internal development team in the future.
