Overview:
Managing the Dell global IT network is an immense job. The network IT group monitors all the network traffic flowing through more than 10,000 switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls and among the company's 83,000 employees, numerous worldwide data centers, and hundreds of thousands of customers. Dell IT Global Network Solutions wanted to accelerate troubleshooting and facilitate effective capacity planning by deploying a robust network monitoring solution that can provide detailed information about network traffic. Dell IT Global Network Solutions deployed NetScout nGenius Performance Manager to monitor global network traffic for Dell data centers, MPLS WAN, and Internet access.
