Overview:

HyundaiCard and Hyundai Capital wanted to standardize Human Resource (HR) systems to provide managers with a unified view of HR issues and integrate business processes and create seamless links between HR functions, with the aim of achieving improvements in all HR areas. The challenge was to create a single access point to HR data and create a best practice HR system in a user-friendly environment. HyundaiCard and Hyundai Capital increased efficiency by standardizing processes on Oracle's PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Suite and by adding extensions based on the needs of HyundaiCard and Hyundai Capital and standardized business processes and reorganized HR codes and classifications to ensure smoother data integration.
