Overview:
As a leader in Singapore's competitive telecommunications industry, StarHub strives to outdo its competitors by providing premium yet affordable services with innovative and useful features - a key aspect of its strategy to build the StarHub brand. The company needed faster time-to-market for new product rollouts through its distribution channel. It also wanted to simplify and accelerate service activation, and automate and streamline many paper-based processes. To support business objectives, StarHub created a Common Service Framework (CSF) built on Oracle WebLogic. Using the CSF, StarHub can deploy new consumer offerings faster, activate services online, and update customers in real time.
