Overview:

VTT Technical Research Centre wanted to save time and money by establishing an easy-to-use tool to enable staff to create the necessary user manuals and instructions in-house and provide management with competence evaluation and talent management functions easily and quickly. The challenge was to enable staff members to begin using human resources self-service functions by providing appropriate user instructions and reference guides and allow new details and audio files to be added. VTT Technical Research Centre selected Oracle User Productivity Kit as VTT's system user content creation tool due to its ease-of-use and implementation and reduced time spent on creating user instructions and reference guides by at least 50%, enabling the project user training team to author the basic instructions in just half a day.
