Overview:

The National Aerospace Laboratory (NLR) wanted to resolve technical and functional limitations of the legacy system, exacerbated by increased demand for functionality and provide an integrated and standardized system for business processes, while minimizing customizations to save management costs and time. The challenge was to improve the availability and accessibility of information and reports to enable more agile and informed decisions and safeguard existing knowledge, which is the business value of NLR, by storing it so it can be shared with management and teams. NLR provided NLR with an integrated enterprise resource planning system, which ensured information availability for financial departments, line management, and project leaders.
