Overview:

PT Pertiwi Agung wanted to eliminate manual processes to increase efficiency and release staff from data entry to focus on higher value tasks and make it easier to retrieve and share information. The challenge was to provide top management with a consolidated business view and enable more accurate cost calculation to prevent overspending on raw materials and other resources. PT Pertiwi Agung engaged Oracle Certified Partner PT Star Performa to implement an integrated enterprise resource planning system based on Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and adopted business processes incorporated within Oracle to streamline the pharmaceutical manufacturing supply chain in line with world's best practice.
