CTS Cement manufactures professional-grade cement products designed specifically for concrete repairs and new construction projects. With steady annual revenue growth around 20 percent, the company outgrew its Sage MAS 90 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Looking toward the future and continued growth, company leaders decided to switch to Microsoft Dynamics GP. With help from Microsoft Gold Certified Partner CRi Business Solutions, CTS deployed the solution in three months. Now, CTS can add extended ERP functionality as business needs change and avoid costly system customizations. With the system in place, the company was able to replace inefficient processes driven by multiple spreadsheets, enable better reporting by centralizing key information, and establish a solid foundation for future growth - all while maintaining a streamlined operation with minimal back-office staffing.
