Overview:
Leumi Card issues brand cards to consumers and provides customer acquisition services for merchants in Israel. In 2008, Leumi Card earned U.S. $188 million in revenues. To compete in the fast-moving Israeli market, Leumi Card continually launches new cards and campaigns. Because of this, the company must frequently adjust its analytical and issuance processes. To reduce the time to approve and issue a new card, Leumi Card wanted to link together its business systems so that representatives in its customer service center could more easily gather specific information from applicants, process applications, and set credit limits. To help bring project back on track, Leumi Card engaged with Microsoft Services to bring in experts in BizTalk Server and Microsoft .NET Framework through the Microsoft Services Performance Tuning for BizTalk Server offering.
