Overview:

The J2ME Wireless Connection Wizard - now included in Sun ONE Studio 5, Mobile Edition - generates code to simplify creating J2ME-to-J2EE distributed mobile client/server applications. The Wizard builds lightweight communication components for end-to-end applications that are small enough to deploy on low-end J2ME MIDP devices. This paper demonstrates the Wireless Connection Wizard Module with an existing MIDP sample application, and compares the memory footprint size to the same application connected with kSOAP web service technology.
