Overview:
SIP Academy India Pvt. Ltd. is a children skill development organization headquartered in Chennai, India. SIP Academy relied on weekly sales report sent by the area partners to know about the performance of each Learning centers. This meant a lot of tedious job in reconciling the number of students enrolled, items issued, amount received and the stock position of each of the centers. Being an ISO 9001-2000 certified organization, the process of tracking the inventory and reconciling the inventory every week is a mandatory process in the organization. This made them to look for a solution that would set effective processes for inventory management. The company deployed Ramco OnDemand ERP at the Corporate Office and at the Regional Offices (APs). Learning Centers are controlled by the APs. Learning centers are created as Customers in ERP system.
