Overview:

The Department of Treasury and Finance provides policy advice to the Victorian Government on economic, financial and resource management, supporting the delivery of its financially responsible and socially progressive policy platform. The Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) sought to obtain an accurate picture of end-to-end system performance to minimise the risk of slow performance or catastrophic failure when deploying core enterprise applications. DTF leveraged an HP Business Technology Optimization (BTO) strategy with HP Performance Center software, the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance (DFT) has standardised on an effective testing platform to validate application performance.
