Microsoft Corp. announced it has reached a preliminary agreement to acquire Digital Anvil Inc., a premier games developer based in Austin, Texas. It had biggest problem with making art on computers is interface and lag time. Microsoft deployed AMD Athlon processor-based system. It helped to do pre-visualization at the speed required to perform task.
